Check-in from 5 PM
Settle into your luxury surroundings with a welcome glass of champagne. Expect extra special touches in your room, and lots of indulgent treats along the way.
Evening Meal
7:30 pm: We'll all gather together on this first night to enjoy a sumptuous dinner

To set the tone for what's to come, we're kicking off the retreat with an unforgettable welcome ceremony!
Day Two
Tuesday, Oct 13th, 2026 | Immersion & Expansion
Morning
Wake to a luxury breakfast buffet of fresh, seasonal foods. We'll begin the day with some light movement, breathwork, and morning meditation/ EFT to awaken your body and mind.

This retreat is for the woman who's scaling and seeking that visibility she needs to unlock her new audience. Day Two's workshops are as follows...

Your Empire’s Birdseye View
This is where we zoom out and look at the bigger picture of your business. Together we’ll map your bigger mission and build a clear roadmap for the next 12 months, 3 years and 5 years so you leave knowing exactly where you’re heading next.
12:00 pm – 1:00 pm - Lunch
We'll enjoy a relaxed, nutritious lunch together before your next workshop
1:00 pm – 3:00 pm — Led by Hollie Griffiths
Building a Team & Delegating as a Leader
If you want to scale, you can’t do everything yourself. We'll walk you through how to build the right team around you, what to delegate first, and how to step more fully into your role as a leader in your business.
Evening
5:30 pm - Dine on a beautifully themed dinner, followed by a signature heart meditation, sound bath and Herbal Tea Ceremony led by the wonderful Laura Charlotte Taylor, facilitator of the BossBabe retreats. There will be plenty of opportunities to immerse yourself in experiences crafted to relax, restore, and expand your nervous system throughout this weekend.
Day Three

Enjoy another luxurious breakfast buffet after another guided EFT tapping with breathwork and light movement to prepare for the day.

We'll have another opportunity to relax, connect and continue conversations sparked during the morning session over lunch.

Becoming a Master of the Stage
We'll guide you through how to start speaking at events, secure opportunities, and craft a powerful signature topic that positions you as the go-to voice in your industry.
Cocktails & a Final Evening Chef-Prepared Meal
6:30 pm - Our final evening together begins with cocktails before sitting down to a spectacular chef-prepared meal — a beautiful way to celebrate everything you’ve experienced and created over the retreat.

Thursday, Oct 15th, 2026 | Reflection & Departure
Morning
Indulge in a final luxury breakfast with a closing circle and an integration session to cement insights, set intentions, and prepare to return to your business fully aligned.
