I've spent my whole life on stages, in spotlights, and experiencing the moments when a room holds its breath.
It was building my business online that switched everything up for me, because suddenly, I was thrown into a world where incredible, heart-centred women were building businesses from spare rooms and on school runs, doing the bravest work of their lives - and the closest thing to a ceremony any of them ever got was a "congrats hun" in the comments.
That just didn't sit right with me, so I stopped waiting for someone else to fix it. I took everything I knew from performing - the red carpets, the gowns, the way a proper moment is built - and I gave it to the women who actually deserve one.
For a long time, at the beginning of my career in the online space, I couldn't find my tribe to build with, and alongside - to support them in the way I wanted to be supported too - celebrating all the wins, big and small.
Then it hit me: Success is sweeter, and so much more set in stone when you’ve got people around you who just get it.
When you have a community of ambitious women who cheer you on, lift you up, and celebrate your every step, no matter how big or small - that's where the magic happens.
Eventually, I found my tribe, my sisters, and together, we’ve been able to lift each other higher.
